Honor Guard

Honor Guard is a Drill Team that focuses on honoring those who have fallen and presenting the American Flag. They are considered the “guardians of the colors” because of their synchronized and concentrated drills, including the display and escort of the flag. At NHS, we hold flag folding ceremonies during our JROTC events and present the colors during school assemblies or football games. These ceremonial occasions are a perfect opportunity to give credit to those who have fought for us in the Armed Forces and give recognition to those who died in combat/ fighting for our freedoms.
